Anton Tsipan, 28, is a former professional hockey player (Belarusian Extraliga – the country’s top level).
He has been coaching since the age of 22 and has over 6 years of experience. Founder of the Hockey Staff school. He holds a degree in sports coaching from Belarus and a German coaching license, and regularly upgrades his skills through international (including American) training programs.
Anton is a certified coach focused on skating technique and skill development, with attention to detail and a positive training atmosphere.
He works for results, develops players’ game intelligence, and builds a strong team culture.
His goal is not just to teach technique, but to build confidence, thinking on the ice, and a true love for the game. Parents appreciate his openness, kids find inspiration in his energy — and Anton believes his biggest achievements are still ahead.
