My hockey journey began in Odesa when I was five years old. That’s where I first stepped onto the ice and realized that hockey would always be a part of my life.
Later, Anton became part of my story. He was not just a coach — he became my mentor, my friend, and in many ways, like an older brother. When my family moved to Germany, Anton helped me adapt, supported me, believed in me, and was always there — both on and off the ice.
Over the years, we went through a lot together — hard practices, tournaments, victories, and tough moments. Anton was always by my side — demanding but fair, someone who could guide and support me when I needed it most.
Today, I continue my hockey career in another country, but everything he taught me — hard work, character, respect, and dedication — stays with me wherever I go.
He invested so much in me, and I truly hope that one day he’ll be able to say with pride: “He was my student.”
