The U16–U17+ age group is one of the most critical stages in a hockey player’s career. At this point, future progress is determined not only by talent, but by the quality of preparation – from skating efficiency and decision-making speed to hockey IQ and readiness for the next level of competition.
From July 20 to 24, we successfully held our U17 Development Camp in Geleen, Netherlands, specifically tailored for players navigating this transition, including athletes aged 17 and older.
Our priority at this stage is not simply to train more, but to identify the specific factors holding back a player’s development. With our years of experience, the HockeyStaff team recognizes these critical areas and builds individual development plans that deliver maximum impact.
By combining proven training methods with practical experience, we helped players transform their weaknesses into genuine competitive advantages.
Key Highlights of Our U17+ Camp:
- Individual assessment of every player
- Identification of critical development limiters
- Proven methodology based on elite player development
- Direct, individual feedback and actionable solutions
