- Trust, Support, and Psychology
The main thing is to help the child stop being afraid. I achieve this through trust and constant support. This is a psychological aspect without which sports cannot exist. - Balancing Praise, Discipline, and Creative Freedom
This is something you need to feel, while making sure not to diminish the value of praise in the training process. It is important to know when to say no, but at the same time allow room to be creative and make mistakes. All of this creates a strong foundation for healthy self-esteem and a strong connection with the coach. This is pure psychology, and it is crucial.
