  I find the approach through a love for hockey, friendship, and trust.
• Group Division and Motivation
  In our camps, we divide children into groups based on their current skill level. We may encourage someone and move them to a stronger group, but overall, one thing works with everyone — love, friendship, and trust. This really helps me teach and helps the children progress.
